1. How can I pay?
Answer: You can pay your order using a major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All transactions are handled by Braintree Payment, a PayPal company, the world's No.1 online transaction payment system.
2. Do you ship to my country? How much is the shipping cost?
Answer: If you can complete the order, it means we do ship to your country. We ship to almost every country in the world.
The shipping cost varies depending on your country, the quantity of products, and shipping method. The best way to find out the shipping charge is to add all the products you want to the shopping cart, then click "View Cart", and then click the button "Estimate Shipping & Tax" (located between "subtotal" and "Grand Total"). After filling out your "Country", State/Province, Zip/Postcode, you can click the button "Estimate Shipping & Tax" again to show the shipping cost.
3. How soon should I expect to receive my order?
Answer: Orders are typically shipped within one business day after we receive your payment. You should expect to receive your order in one week if your shipping address is within USA. If the shipping address is outside the USA, the typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks. In rare situations, a few orders may take 4 to 5 weeks to deliver depending on the speed of customs clearance.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment at the USPS official site (www.usps.com).
4. How soon can I expect results from using the hair regrowth solution?
Answer: Since normal hair usually grows only ½ to 1 inch per month, hair regrowth with the hair regrowth solution also takes time. Results may be seen as early as 2 months with twice daily use. For some people, it may take at least 4 months for results to be seen. If you don’t see any results after 6 months, stop using the hair regrowth solution and seek the advice of your physician.
5. I noticed increased hair loss when using your product. Should I be concerned.
Answer: If you see increased hair loss (shedding) upon using our product, it is a good sign indicating the product is working for you. This is because your new hair is growing and it pushes the old hair out of its way. The shed hair would be lost anyway even if you weren't using Lipogaine. The shedding typically stops within 45 days of using the product.
6. If the hair regrowth solution is working, what will the hair look like?
Answer: At first, the new hair is usually soft, downy, colorless hairs (like peach fuzz). After further use, the new hair should be the same color and thickness as the other hairs on your scalp.
7. What are the most common side effects with the Lipogaine hair regrowth solution?
Answer: The most common side effects are itching and scalp irritation of the treated area due to the use of propylene glycol. If scalp irritation persists, stop using it and seek the advice of your physician. Also, Lipogaine (excluding Lipogaine Shampoo) contains alcohol, which will cause burning or irritation of the eyes. If the hair regrowth solution accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool tap water. In rare situations (<1%), some people may experience chest pain, rapid heartbeat, faintness, or dizziness. Stop using the product immediately if this happens.

8. Can I apply the product on wet or partially wet hair, or strictly on dry hair? For instance, can I apply it a few minutes after having a shower??
Answer: It is okay to use our product after you towel dry your hair and there is no apparent water drops on your scalp. The water drops will not only dilute the concentration of minoxidil in the product, but also slow down the absorption. Try your best to apply the solution directly onto the scalp of your hair loss area. Try to avoid the hair by parting your hair into one or more rows to maximize the scalp exposure. The solution applied to the hair will never be absorbed by your scalp, resulting in greasy hair and wasting the product.
9. Does Lipogaine topical solution (for Men or for Women) work on a receding hair line?
Answer: Yes, in most cases our Lipogaine topical solution can help regrow hair on the frontal hair line as well as on the crown. Many customers have experienced strong healthy hair growth over the entire scalp.
10. How do I apply Lipogaine for Men/Women?
Answer: The product is supposed to be used two times a day: once in the morning and again in the evening. You can wash your hair before applying the solution. Make sure you hair is dry before your application (towel dry is okay if your hair is less than 2 inch long). You can wash your hair 3 hours after applying the solution.
To apply the solution, carefully unscrew and remove the dropper bulb from the bottle. Squeeze bulb firmly, and insert into the solution. Draw solution up midway (1/2- 1 ml) or to the desired amount. Remove the dropper from the bottle. Be sure to stand in front of a mirror so that you can see exactly where the solution is placed. Proceed to move the dropper close to the area you wish to treat. Slowly squeeze solution out, so that it does not run directly off the scalp. You may also use your fingers to spread the solution evenly and avoid any “puddles” of the solution on your scalp (try your best to avoid getting the solution on your hair). Be sure the solution comes into contact with the scalp and not just the hair. This is crucial so that the maximum amount of solution can be absorbed into the proper area. Be sure a thin layer of solution covers the balding, receding, or the area where you simply want to thicken.
11. How do I use Lipogaine Big 3 shampoo?
Answer: You use it just like a regular shampoo to wash your hair. It is recommended for 3 to 4 times a week. For each use, wet your hair completely, apply shampoo, generously lather, and rinse thoroughly. Apply shampoo again, gently massage into hair and scalp for 1 minute. Leave shampoo in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.
It is not recommended to use the shampoo daily. However, if you insist on doing so, you can use the shampoo as described above every other day. And on the remaining days, utilize Lipogaine Big 3 shampoo as sparingly as possible, i.e., apply the shampoo only once and let the shampoo stay on your hair as short a time as possible.
12. What are the Lipogaine ingredients.
Answer: You can view the complete list of ingredients on the products detailed page. There are 3 tabs on the product detailed page of each product, namely "Ingredients", "Directions" and "Reviews". The default one is Review tab that lists the reviews posted by customers who have purchased the product. To view the ingredients of the products, you will need to click the Tab "Ingredients".
13. How do I use your Lipogaine topical solution (for Men or Women) with Big 3 shampoo?
Answer: You use Lipogaine topical solution (for Men or Women) twice daily as described, and use the shampoo as described above in Question 11. As to the order, you can use the shampoo, dry your hair and then apply the topical solution. Alternatively, you can use the topical solution, wait for at least 3 hours, and then wash your hair with the Big 3 Shampoo.
